Shipping Information

Most orders 2 lbs. and under ship Priority Mail for only $ 4.95 in the continental United States.

Hawaii and Alaska must use Air shipping.

All other orders are sent via actual shipping cost plus a handling fee of $ 4.95 at checkout to cover expenses of processing.

Customer may select shipping company and level of service. Please specify your choice and whether cost will be paid via Paypal e-mail link or cash on delivery at time of checkout.

You may use the links to the left to estimate cost and shipping method. Actual cost will vary because some items must ship sepperately while other items can be combined into one package. We will call to verify C.O.D. amount or send a Paypal email link for the additional shipping charges.

It is the responcibility of the customer to provide insurance for any declared value above minimum coverage. When your shipment arrives carefully inspect all packages for damage and if any is found, have the delivery person file a claim for damages in transit.

In the event that an order is processed and shipping is not paid by email Paypal link or C.O.D. phone verification within five business days, the entire order will be considered cancelled. All cancelled orders are subject to a 25% restocking fee.

Local Delivery

Free local delivery of up to 500 lbs. or 90 cu. ft. per trip (whichever is reached first) is available for a $ 4.95 loading fee charged at checkout plus the following fuel surcharge fees:

Will-Call Outlet Pickup

Local residents may opt to save all shipping expenses and pick up their online order in person at any of our will-call outlets. A $ 4.95 will-call hold fee will be assessed when you specify this option at checkout (simply specify shipment to a will-call outlet address) and is refunded when you pick up your order. We will notify you by phone when your order has been transferred and is ready to be picked up at the will-call outlet.

Orders that are not picked up within one week of arrival at our will-call outlet will be considered cancelled. All cancelled orders forfeit the will-call hold fee and are subject to a 25% restocking fee.

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

When you shop with Paypal your satisfaction with your purchase is guaranteed for a period of thirty days or you may return it for store credit or a refund. Electronic items must be returned unopened and unused in origional packaging.

You must call us first for return authorization. Customer pays return shipping. Excludes bulk generic nutritional products, food and beverages, light bulbs, plant nutrients, soil and soiless components, clearance items, special orders, and shipping or handling fees.

Manufacturer's Warranty Service

We feature products and supplies from some of the finest manufacturer's in the world. Many offer exclusive warranty service and return privaledges on their products. We will assist in the facilitation of product returns under warranty. Simply call us during regular business hours for return authorization.

Some products can be returned to us directly for service. Others may be returned direct to the manufacturer. In some cases, the manufacturer may provide for return shipping, otherwise, return shipping must be prepaid by the customer. In all cases we will strive to repair or replace your origional purchase as soon as possible.

Please remember, you must call us first for return authorization in order to process your return. Products returned without authorization will be refused or disposed of without any compensation to the customer.

One-Year Live Plant Guarantee

Your purchase of live plants is guaranteed to be true to variety and to perform well in your planting for a period of one year from date of purchase or else we will issue store credit for the origional purchase price.

Mistreatment or neglect of plant material, damages incurred during transit, environmental or insect damage, or damage caused by improper planting and care are excluded in this guarantee.

You must call us in order to claim credit. Other limitations apply including that this guarantee is not available to commercial applications or annual plantings. It is solely up to our discretion as to issuance of credit for returns. No cash refunds will be given.

There is no need to return the plant material for credit unless special conditions exist for us to inspect the plant material. In this case we will pay for return shipping.

Cash Outlet Sales

We now offer Outlet Sales for local residents. Sales are made by appointment only by calling the local outlet telephone number. Special cash discount pricing is in effect. Merchandise and services that may not be featured online including close-outs, special purchases, used or clearance priced items may be available.

Local customers may also arrainge to pick up online will-call orders at these locations, please see details above under Will-Call Outlet Pickup.

These locations may not stock all available products we carry. Both items in inventory and non-stocked items may be ordered at these locations. In most cases non-stocked items and special orders may be picked up within 3-7 business days.

All outlet sales are on a cash only, as-is basis. All sales are final. No returns will be honored or refunds given on outlet cash sales for any reason.

If a manufacturer's warranty is in effect with any product sold at our outlets, it will be honored as specified above under Manufacturer's Warranty Services.
